TEAM ONE HUNDRED FOUNDATION

Team 100 initiated a movement to transform support, advocacy, and resources for athletes and their families, spanning from middle school through their professional careers and retirement. Our distinctive programs not only benefit athletes but also empower their families and close connections to navigate the systems, structures, and resources that form an inclusive network around them. We provide top-tier education, support, and experiences to help athletes and their families make informed choices regarding finances, mental health, and personal brand.

We are currently experiencing a paradigm shift in sports. Student athletes are taking on more pressures + demands as their expectations for success begin to outpace their ability to keep up.

The decisions they have to make on a daily basis are more complex than ever. Guidance is at its scarcest, as the ecosystem is filled with more of “what not to do” than of what to strive for. They are outgrowing the system they inherited.

RISE uses sports to address racism, champion social justice, and unify the nation. RISE works with athletes, coaches and administrators at every level to equip them with the knowledge and tools to address matters of racism, prejudice, diversity and inclusion.

Students and their parents/guardians apply to be selected to participate in a year-long experience, beginning with the in-person event and moving to a monthly online experience for the remaining 11 months.
